Hype international DJ & Artist John Hobbs gets signed by Rapid Fire Records. Rapid Fire is very established label out of Miami and covers Minimal, Tech House and Techno music.
John’s signing was a collaboration with gary young remixing for the well known BeatThiefs from London. The track is entitled “Aircon” ft Rebecca Forrest which is definitely a peak time track. John’s take on the remix is solid with a deep bumping bassline and a huge break which leads you into the main part of the track, leaving you with only thing to do, dance. Release date: May 6th, available from Beatport.com and all other major download stores.
John Hobbs is a rising star on the international DJ Circuit, hailing from Kent UK, John’s early career saw him appear at all the best London Clubs, including The Ministry’s biggest Saturday night residency Rulin during the late 90’s.
It was during this period that John decided to move to Spain to further his ambitions. His career has since grown further with residencies and guest appearances at top Spanish Clubs including Dreamers, Plato68, Pangea, TIBU, Glam and many others. Following his deal with Global drinks brand Hype Energy, John’s profile continues to grow, culminating with a series of events including official sponsorship of the Miami Winter Music Conference.
John’s DJ style focuses on quality house music ranging from Minimal, Tech House and Techno, a style that has won him many fans over the years from London, Marbella, Ibiza to Miami which always ensures he remains firmly in demand. Working strongly on his own productions you can expect a lot more to come from this rising star!
